Terms & Conditions

Enrolments. When enrolling onto any of our drumming courses at school your payment is securing a place for your child for any given half term period. Enrolment is to be made on our website in advance only.

Payment. Rockley Music will automatically debit your card via FuturePay prior to the start of each subsequent half term (six times per academic year). You can cancel your FuturePay agreement by contacting us at any time.
Refund policy: If money is taken in error during any half term period a full refund will be issued. Please note a half term’s notice is required to cancel your child’s place.

Absence. If students for any reason miss a lesson no reimbursement can be made. This includes illness, school trips, closures or any other absences. However if a tutor misses a lesson another slot will be arranged or a reimbursement will be issued. We do however always make continued effort to provide catch up time for those who have missed lessons throughout the term wherever possible.

Legal. All our tutors are CRB/ DBS checked, insured and professionally trained under Rockley Music Education.
